just came back from taiwan last week!
Not the season of any flowers, so cant get to enjoy any picturesque flowery scenery.
Strepsils and water cooler... my best buddies in the first 4 days of taiwan. Crazy sore throat caused by 4hours of airflight + 1hr jetstar's unique delay. Still dont understand how it works at the custom. No container more than 100ml? Or no water more than 100ml? Why so different from what the army dudes said when I went to australia last year?!
I've got to say, the best place to play in taiwan (after you've gotten sick of the night markets in Taipei), is taizhong, 日月潭. There is a lake that looks like it has both the sun and the moon's shape, but heck it. All gimmicks to fool tourists. I'm attracted by the feel along the streets there, and the no of activities available! taizhong (Y)
Famous ahma's 茶叶蛋! A must-buy. After eating the eggs here, I ate almost all the 茶叶蛋 I could see during the taiwan trip, and concluded that the eggs here are really one of the best. The ahma, as described by the funnymanontheyacht, looked like 林志玲 last time, and had 36H. hahahaha.
one piece cable car! First time in a cable car also. Just like that lor haha. 九族 is a one piece haven. A big amusement park filled with one piece stuff. Don't know why one piece though. I would have been so fascinated if I were still that xiaoboiboi fantasizing about my luffy.
Uhoh. Looks like the one in genting? Yup. Dare to play? SURE! Regretted not playing this in genting last time, so this time, I'm so gonna play it. So, it went up slowly and peacefully, like it was a fine day in townsville when the powerpuff girls were still at home nuaing. Then at the very top, it stopped. Gosh. Same height as the mountains and I could see the trees around us. Crazy shit. Then BOOM it plunged. WOOOOHOOOO! Really a very shiok experience. Almost free-fall I guess? I like thrill rides tehehe.

Went to some lavender garden, but it was raining and it wasn't the season of lavenders so... diao. Went to make a wish at the 许愿树.
First bubble milk tea in Taiwan! Maybe because of this, the drinks here are exp -.-" Nothing special, just heylookit'sthefirststoreyoz.
Ahha. Best. Go-kart! Imagine 3 crazy kids and 1 safe driver in the track course. Yup, insane drifting and overtaking and bumping and hahaha. Very shiok la seriously. The whole of 10mins was worth it. The experience of drifting was priceless also. Can we drift like that in Singapore too?

Played paintball too! And some other photos in the dslr. But lazy to upload. Smartphone is the best in terms of convenience la. So wait till I dig them out one day lor. My fanbase is shrinking anyway.
7days + 8days of taiwan. You can say I am a taiwan guru now :) 2 totally different trips. The trip with vballers was... mostly night markets and shopping. While the trip with my family was sightseeing and doing lots of things! Next time we go for a holiday, we MUST 包车! Hire a driver and ask him to drive us around. Makes the overseas trip so much more fun, and saves so much more time.
And also, kudos to my aunt for her superb planning :)

How does it feel like to keep getting pangseh-ed by tutees? Having to give in to them, rather than holding my position as a tutor? Being nice and accommodating doesn't mean I am okay with you eating me! My time is as valuable! Pissed off. Are humans like that by nature? Eat or be eaten? Do I need to flare up to set things straight?

I have been reading books these days... Nothing to do, no one to go out with, dont wish to spend too much money, feel like nuaing... yup reading book seems to satisfy all of this. First time reading through a perspective of a criminal. Exciting! Anything seems to be possible in the book eh? Then I can imagine all my weird ideas in my own book wahahaha. It'll be interesting, but too bad I can't write.

Had a horrible haircut, like I dont look nerdy geeky blur noob enough. Why should I let my 1-2months be entirely up to some noob barber's hands?! Can I have a steady skillful barber who can consistently help me shape my hair every time I want to cut? Tsk. Every time I go for a haircut, it's a different person. Last time I stuck to one chinaman for 3 times, and then it's knothanksbutbyebye. Just a small grumbling, because guys like me dont really have an image to uphold anyway..
